Beginner Gundog Classes Grades 1/2: Saturdays

These beginner gundog training classes take place in Haslemere on the Surrey, West Sussex, Hampshire border.

Suitable for all gundog breeds over 8 months of age who have either attended Puppy/Foundation sessions with Jules or have had a 121 session before starting this course.

The focus of these classes is the development of skills required for the Gundog Club Grade 1 and Grade 2 levels.

These small group classes for young dogs and those new to gundog work will teach your gundog the foundation behaviours including heel, recall, a reliable retrieve, steadiness, stop whistle, directions, and hunting.

You will also learn how to use reinforcement effectively, how to play with your dog and social walking.

This class is suitable for pet gundogs, working dogs and those who want to compete in working tests in the future.
